“Turned to Alphalete after the worst customer service in my life and theft from Vanquish fitness!
Alphalete clothing is beyond comprehension,so well made and fit perfectly! Highly recommend”
“Didn't received my package after 5 weeks i have sended a email to support.
something went go wrong. afterwards they helped me well. received a gift card also for the product that didn't came along. I had to wait 1 more week for the products i have ordered. Still happy everything arrived.
Thanks to Giselle the support from ( Alphalete ).”
“I have purchased a good few items and a lot of the time been very happy however the last order of leggings came with loose stitching and by second use bobbled up the material isn’t as soft or compressed I’m unsure what is going on but it is really disappointing as they are expensive.”
“Delivery took exactly 2 months, to Melbourne, Australia. Delivery times are taking longer at the moment, but during this 2 month period I also ordered pants from Alo and Public Rec and they both took less than a week to arrive, and they were both shipped from the USA as well.
Delivery is carried out by a courier company who will drop your package off at a parcel collection point if you are not home to collect your package when they try to drop it off, this courier company is not part of the national postal service, so it is not as easy as collecting the package from your local post office. My collection point was a few kilometres away but I live in the inner city, for others living in the suburbs the collection points would be longer distances.
The only support provided by Alphalete is by email, of the few emails I have sent it takes 7-10 days for a response.
So far my orders with Alphalete have not been positive, with my first order after 6 weeks I emailed them asking where my item was, they sent a message back saying they did not have the item anymore and they would refund me. I was refunded within a few days. With my second order the pants I received were completely different materials to those listed online when I purchased. I have a screenshot of the advertised materials from my purchase, and those written on the tag of the pants I received, I sent them the photos of this discrepancy but got no reply. I have done a lot of online shopping recently and the support from Alphalete is comparable to only that I have experienced from online marketplaces based in China.
In saying all of this the pants from Alphalete are actually quite good quality, they are simple and comfortable. That's the main reason why I clicked on 3 stars above. They are not as high quality as the pants I received from the other companies I mentioned above, and don't have the same soft feel to them, but these other pants did cost more, about US$100 including postage each, compared to Alphalete US$70 including postage. In the future I would be willing to pay the extra 30 dollars as for that you get fast easy postage to your door guaranteed, good customer service with support who are there if something goes wrong or missing, and the pants are better quality as well ... you really get what you pay for.”
“I have purchased many alphalete leggings. My newest pair, the butt scrunch busted. I did not wear these pair as much as the other pairs I own. I contacted customer service in hopes for just a replacement. They sent me a e gift card for 1/2 the price
of my leggings.
I was outside of the 90 day warranty by 20 days to be fair, but also you’re charging top dollar for these leggings. They should last longer than 3 months….. Customer service was speedy and pleasant but I wish they were a little more forgiving. I’m very sad to have to leave as a customer but there’s too many similar products in the market to have such expensive price tags for unpredictable quality. Had they replaced them, I would have considered more purchases in the future.
Just glad these didn’t pop mid deadlift or squat.”
“I love alphalete clothes so I’ve made 2 orders since the middle of November. My first package took 25 days to get delivered from the time is was shipped. (I live in the US). I contacted alphalete several times and I got no response back. Thank god UPS takes care of their customers because otherwise I still wouldn’t have my package. It wasn’t until 4-5 hrs after my order was delivered that I got an email back from alphalete saying the the issue was resolved and they have a notification that my package was delivered. For such a great company they have absolutely terrible customer service.”
“This rating is based on my experience only and not the product. Alphalete's return process is terrible and borderline unethical. I accidently ordered two extra pairs of shorts. After placing my order, I immediately contacted their customer service department requesting the order to be cancelled. I was notified the next day that an attempt to cancel the order was made, but it had already been processed for shipping. Therefore, I would have to return the items once I received them. When I received the order, I printed the return label and mailed the package back to Alphalete. The first issue I have with Alphalete's return policy is that they charge customers for return shipping. This is common for small business merchants, but given Alphalete's significant consumer market and lack of retail stores, I'm surprised they still operate this way. The second issue I have is that I was charged double the cost to return the package than I was charged to receive it. The total for the items that I purchased was $92 (not including shipping), but Alphalete is only going to refun me $78. The third issue I have with Alphalete's return process is that when they receive the customer's return, they notify the customer that it can take up to 15 BUSINESS days to process the return and refund the purchase. In the meantime, the company bombards the customers email box with reminders that the refund can be used toward instant credit on their website. It's like this company is desperately trying to hold-on to the customer's money until all hope fails. It's such a sad operation that Alphalete has going on. I reached out to their customer service to give them an opportunity to rectify these issues, but I did not receive a response.”
“Quality is not like the old originals. Not worth what it costs. Back 3 years or so it was worth it. Not now. Too expensive. They opted for quantity over quality now. Like most brands after making it big. Sad.”
“Multimillion dollar company and could not replace damaged leggings I got for Christmas.
Got a pair of amplify contour leggings for Christmas 2023, this item started pilling in the thigh and butt area. The leggings got a hole in them in one of the butt's area. I emailed the company (April 2024) and they are past the 90 day warranty so they could not help.
Why are they charging $74 USD ($100 Can for me) for a pair of pants that only lasted me 4 months?
I ordered myself a couple pair of leggings in February during their birthday sale, and they too are getting pilling on them!! I am not buying from them again.”
“I thought this was a legit company! I ordered items on February 25 and paid for express 2 day shipping and it now March 12th and I still have not received my order! Don't think I ever will.”
“Nope nope nope.
Ordered their Black Friday sale & they never shipped an item. Months later I wrote them and they were like “my bad, here’s a 15% off coupon and we’ll refund you the item” - like they would never have even refunded me if I didn’t tell them months later.
The item I bought was like 70% off so why would I use a 15% off code to replace it? And only got more items bc I wanted free shipping & the one item meant a lot to me so I figure why not?
Swore I would never use them again but then they got me with their anniversary sale. Same exact thing happened. I noticed and wrote them early and they offered another generic response and 15% off.
Don’t bother shopping with them. You never know if you’ll actually get what you order & they won’t notify you if your items are out of stock.
Honestly the worst customer service I’ve had in awhile… which is weird, given they’re an online only store?
Imagine if they can’t get their inventory and customer service issues under control they won’t be around long. I’m seeing lots of people trashing them for the same problem”
“I bought a bunch of items during Black Friday. Maybe 8 items or so. The shirts didn't fit and the sandals were very uncomfortable. I never took off the tags, put everything back in the original packaging, and requested an exchange within 24 hours. I never expected to get such a hard time under these circumstances. They will not do anything at all. I've been fighting with them for 2 months. An online retailer that won't do size exchanges? Even in the original packing with tags attached? Total trash company. Shop at Legends instead. Better clothes and better service.”
“Never got my order.. Ordered in November 2024, it’s not end of Jan 2024 and I’ve received nothing, no tights, no refund, no replies.
Certainly surprised to find out this is a scam company.”
“Terrible company. Unprofessional, overpriced, poor quality, horrible customer service. They did not send me my item and when I told them I wanted to send back the leggings because my daughter wanted the set (over a month later I had to reach out to them to find out the item was not available, I guess if I didnt reach out they would just keep my money). I asked for free shipping to send the leggings back and they refused.”
“I read their return policy before ordering because of size issues between different brands. I submitted my order during their Black Friday sale and double checked that I did not order anything that was not returnable. So I placed my order and when I got it, I tried on the joggers. Way too big. I went to start an order for exchange, and I was told by their customer service that my item is non-returnable. I will not be supporting this brand anymore. With so many others out there that have better return policy’s.”
