“Fast delivery service and goods received in good order. Although the packaging can be a bit excessive on small items. Some small items that could be posted via letterbox are packaged in boxes three times bigger than needed.”

“amazon has become my go to site for most of my online shopping. whether i know exactly what i am after or just looking for ideas. it is really easy to navigate and rarely beaten for price. i have purchased so many things from them over the last few years i should really invest in shares and get some of my money. customer sevice is fantastic. had no problems with delivery and only a couple with some products (not being the right size and one poor condition). both of which were from 3rd party sellers and were resolved quickly and very easily.”

“I hate shopping. Its all the rushing around, crowds.....the works. I just cant stand it. Amazon is fantastic. Most of the time they are the better price and postage is reliable. I have had 2 issues with purchases. Both times Amazon had it rectified. You cant ask for more than that. I will continue to use Amazon as the service is Great. The site is easy to use and great products.”
