“I have Han order after order delivered on time, packed appropriately and secure and when an issue may have arose with problems, a replacement or refund has been issued with little or no delay. The desktop and mobile apps work with little effort and all in all I am completely satisfied.”

“Quality time with Amazon so far the products are of a high end standard and the prices are truly competitive with other markets often offering best price for items. Throughout the last 4 years of using Amazon the customer service has been outstanding and the website feels secure and solid with easy navigation and Amazon prime instant delivery times gotta be one of the best websites I had my experience on.”

“Amazon is an Aladdin's cave of products. They always seem to stock items I need, and I particularly like the streamlined payment method. “We purchased a camera from Amazon and the battery retraining clip was so flimsy it broke. I had never made a return to Amazon and very few purchases so I expected an issue or at least a little to and fro. The service could not have been better. The returns team were excellent and a returns bag was dispatched immediately. The refund was in my bank prior to me posting the item back. Brillaint service thank you so much. We then bought another camera from Amazon that has been brilliant.”
