“When my American fridge water filter needed replacing it was going to cost £75 for the 1 filter after shopping around I found 2 filters for £15 so didn't wait around grabbed them straight away when they arrived I was not to confidant as of the price but when opened wow they where the same as the old one was saved me money Defo recommend to anyone”

“I've only had one product which didn't arrive on time in years of shopping with them and this was due to the product being lost in transit. As soon as I contacted them they were keen to resolve the issue with as little hassle as possible; the product was sent out again with no questions asked. Amazon simply has the best customer service that I have ever dealt with.”

“I order most things from Amazon as there after sale service is second to none, I ordered a few months ago from them, the supplier stated he had delivered it and even provided a tracking number that was nonexistent, I contacted Amazon who stated they would investigate within 24 hrs I had a reply and money back in my account.”
