“Order regularly from them and it's always on time and as described. When my Kindle started acting up, customer service called me and stayed on the line until the problem was confirmed solved. Customer service person was impeccable in knowledge and politeness. I also ordered 2 Kindle books accidentally, having them returned and refunded was a simple matter of 2-3 clicks. Customer service should always be this easy.”
