“I dont know how I coped before Amazon came on the scene! It amazes me how I can order something one day and it arrives the next. Its a pity more companies cant be this good! I order regularly from Amazon as their prices and stock are incredible. I have never had anything arrive broken or damaged during all the years I've been using them, and have never needed to return anything either. Amazon - I LOVE you! xx”

“Amazon always make me happy by delivering my chosen goods on time and they keep in touch letting their customer excatly where their order is. The item I am reviewing now is for a book of poetry written by my great great uncle in Victorian times . I had only just discovered that had had his work published and was very keen to get my hands on a copy. Fortunately I purchased the last hard backed copy. I was anxious in case it got damaged in transit but I needn’t have worried. My purchase arrived exactly when Amazon said it would and as always was in pristine condition. Thank you Amazon for providing such an invaluable service.”
