“I have been a customer of Amazon for a long time and placed numerous orders with them, after ordering there confirmation emails are very quick and precise. If there are ever an issues regarding orders they are very quick to deal with these always putting there customers first. Their advisors are always polite towards there customers, Amazon is my first place to shop as it's 100 per cent customer guarantee from ordering to delivery Well done asda”

“Hi, I've ordered lots of things from amazon over many years and I've had no problems with them. I've had delivery issues but then there customer service is amazing when it comes to helping and offering refunds for items that haven't showed. They have reasonable prices for things and the delivery speeds are amazing, I had prime for 6 months and the next day delivery is so handy when you need something fast, and even without prime the deliveries come in about 3 days, I had a few occasions where they showed up the next day without prime. Great job Amazon, please keep it up.”

“Prompt delivery, notified early enough of a missing item and given the options to cancel specific item, easy to deal with never a problem, easiest website to buy things from, I now have to log out to stop my 4&3 year old buying things.”

“Ebay was quick in delivering my goods mainly for free, Amazon charge you and some times take forever to arrive mainly because the are made in the east Asian country. the clothes are too small because the sizes differ from English”
