“Amazon is a great way to buy online, if you add PRIME it just makes it better. I had to return a belt which was too big, I sent it back for free and I got an email from amazon saying I will be credited full cost of belt.”

“My daughters Fire Tablet just lost power suddenly. I phoned the helpline and the customer care was exceptional. Talked me through a reset and even phoned back a day later to check how we were getting on with the tablet. WoW! Try that in the high street!?? Not a chance.”
