“I have placed many orders with Amazon and have been impressed with goods and Customerservice particularly. When I have had to return any faulty goods there has never been a problem, and the return process is simple. Prompt and friendly service.”

“My products were delivered on time exactly when I was told they would be. I was pleased with the cost, which I felt was much lower than in the shops. Only point of improvement is reducing the amount of plastic in the packaging! Otherwise great service.”

“I've ordered several items from Amazon with their Prime service. Unfortunately there has been reason to return items and the process for doing so is a complete breeze and completely painless. They organise the parcel return through a local drop off shop and I've had confirmation of the parcel drop within 2-3hrs, followed by an advance refund to my payment card. Superb service!”

“I've just moved to a new house which is in a small village. I used my daughter's prime time for things I needed urgently to be delivered the next day. It seemed I ordered them one minute and they were here the next. Wonderful service. I will be using them all the time now. Thank you Amazon Life saver!!!”

“I ordered an expensive item and paid for next day shipping even though I am a Prime member. I wanted the item to arrive the day before the Nor'easter that was to hit. However shipping got screwed up by Fedex and the item didn't get delivered on time. After a few well-placed emails and phone calls, Fedex delivered the item the next day in the middle of the Nor'easter - snow and wind making travel treacherous (the delivery guy was wearing short pants - go figure), and Amazon refunded my next-day shipping costs. It all worked out in the end. Now if Comcast could just get my cable back on line...”
