“Always excellent choice & service - when any problems Amazon customer service is always excellent and delivery times are usually excellent too, for Amazon UK based suppliers in particular”

“What you see with amazon is what you get most of the time and their customer service is good but their delivery is poor this is because they don't have dedicated drivers and use self employed driver who use apps to book delivery slots therefor every time you order something you are likely to get a new driver so if you live in a estate most of the time they will leave your parcel anywhere more convenient than your address like reception or security office whatever is easier for them even if you pay top price for delivery, the issue isn't that big but they don't tell you that your package is left and you end up waiting for days sometimes weeks. They will also make excuses you were not at home when you was etc. This is the only thing they need to improve on.”

“This is a bit of a + and - story - I ordered something for my sister in laws special birthday and for the first time ever I had to return it, it was over £100 so the refund was key. This is the first time I have ever had to return an item and I have to say the process was brilliant. Refund was quick, return process was excellent, all went very smoothly. Amazon really have their returns process nailed, which makes me want to use them for pretty much anything I need to buy online. Thanks.”
