“I usualy make a number of Amazon purchases every month, either for my consuption or gifts to friends worldwide. I am comfortable that mostly prices of items sensible and that delivery indicated time is met. I find Amazon website easily followed and manageable using wishlist order selection and payment completion.”

“Love them or hate them, I believe that as a customer, you will be hard pressed to find another store that provides their excellent level of customer service and choice. Occasionally you'll find that they aren't the cheapest, but it's quite rare and if you ever run into any problems with the item you have purchased, you will not have any problem returning your faulty product and certainly won't be waiting weeks for a refund.”

“I could find anything in/at this store. Things I can't find anywhere else. The delivery is not very expensive eve overseas and.... I had a chat with their customer service and they were very nice and helpful. Solved my problem in no time!”

“They have what must be the best service I have come across in purchasing from ordering to receiving. Our household uses their website in so many ways including the video/music sector along with the excellent prime service. If ever there is a problem its rectified swiftly and courteously.”

“There was a faulty package in the box containing a college set of compass etc. It was immediately re-dispatched by the sender mentioning that I have the right to use the faulty item as an alternate, rejected or keeping it w/o box. In an elderly case, I was emotionly excited when I found a constructive designing toy known of my childhood: a spirograph, which I ordered for my son.”

“If I see something in a shop which I like I always go home and check and compare the prices on Amazon and EBay and normally can find it cheaper which also saves me having to carry it home on the bus or train”

“There are so many reasons to use this company.. I have a 'fire stick' for my family viewing, together with Amazon Prime gives me great viewing options, and free delivery on my purchases from the Amazon Site. Having the fire stick product allows me to watch 'ad free' tv - a god send, believe me... in comparison to other more well known tv providers, as well as being very good value for money, especially as you can download various apps including popular ones like Netflix, which add to the whole viewing experience. More importantly as a single parent with a tight budget this kind of viewing is a cheap option requiring a low priced "one off" purchase of the fire stick, and Yearly subscription of Amazon Prime.. all totaling around £100 all in. Cant go wrong. I think its briliant!!”
