“Being an avid reader I bought a Kindle Paperwhite quite a few years ago and progressed to other kindles. I now own a Kindle Voyage. It is so easy to download books by my favourite authors, their next book, if it is a series, and am finding new authors, also getting recommendations. I take my Kindle everywhere!! I hate to be without it! I,m disabled so I now don't have to go to the library or anywhere that sells books. I love having a duvet day, just my kindle and me!!! I also like the fact that it tells you that you already have the book, and that they are so much cheaper than a paperback or hardback book. With kindle they are so easy to speak to customer help department if something goes wrong. Twice I have had my kindle replaced free of charge if the problem can't be fixed. I think Amazon Kindle are brilliant!!! My mum has dementia, and I am her carer and she sleeps a lot and I don't get out as much as I would like so my kindle is my lifeline. I have days when I even resent any intrusion or interruption mostly by my 12 month kitten, and when she jumps on my chair or me, she actually looks as if she is reading it with me!! Thats how Kindle Amazon makes me happy.”

“I do not think I will be able to lead a peaceful life without using Amazon. It has become part of my life. It is nothing to do with the product variety that is available, it is the service that is making me spellbound. Their customer care is superb when you talk to them, but when a wrong product is delivered to you, their response is triple superb. I love Amazon Prime.”
