“The online retailer has so much of what you may need, frequently at reasonable prices. With Amazon Prime next day delivery becomes free making it so much easier to purchase those last minute gifts.”

“Amazon always are quick to rectify any complaints. I'm an Amazon Prime member and the deals I get are amazing. If an order has anything missing they will replace straight away. I have received outstanding customer service from Amazon.”

“Sad lamp not working. The would send a replacement , The refused to help in anyway. They said they destroyed the lamp which was in working order. No compensation or contact made to my e mails.”
