“I bought a warehouse deal microwave oven. It was described as having damaged packaging. After it arrived and had been unpacked and installed, upon opening the door, the inside had food splatters, showing that it had been previously used. Inside the box was a "returns packing receipt". This item had previously been used and returned to Amazon because of a problem. It hadn't gone through their system, but left unopened in their warehouse, then shipped directly to myself. After complaining to Amazon, they've arranged a refund and to collect the item. Iv'e since bought a "brand new" m/wave from Amazon, it's arriving tomorrow. Iv'e patronised this company for many years, why, because they're the best in the business. When it comes to customer service, there's no equal, they are where most retailers dream of being, on top of it,,,LONG LIVE AMAZON...”
