“I’m fed up with scam calls supposedly from Amazon saying money has been taken from my bank account I block them every time but I have at least 3 scam Calls a day the money that Amazon Makes surely something can be done about this it’s absolutely disgusting”

“I have had a relatively positive experience but there had been times when my items were misplaced especially when requested to ship them abroad to friends and family. Having said that, on the whole a satisfactory service but there is a room for improvement.”

“You pay for prime membership but dont get next day delivery on everything that's in the prime deal? That sucks. The scheduling is a bit wack too. I appreciate that its next day and that's good. You know your package will arrive swiftly. Not so cool though when it gets to the estimated delivery slot and then they move it forward 2 hour and then again and again. You're never sure if you can go out to the shop or not for fear of missing the driver. Plus the distanced delivery has caused issues for me personally where the driver just leaves the package on the doorstep, knocks and drives off, without waiting for you to collect the parcel. Other than that... 4 stars.”

“Amazon sell a very wide range of items online and have very quick delivery times. Sometimes they get things wrong (normally from third party supply via their platform). They do rectify problems quickly so keep the customer happy on most occasions.”

“Just purchased a fitness tracker (brand TERMINICE). Like the product - looks and feels of decent quality. Annoyingly the heart rate monitor is a bit slow and don't always provide a reading - so may need to return the watch. However, speedy delivery.”

“Mostly a positive experience with Amazon, my only complaint would be for them to State more clearly where items will be shipped from. Most items have similar delivery schedules until you have actually bought, then you find out its coming from China and will be 6 weeks for delivery.”
