“Good customer service, they're smart and fast to resolve issues. Plus, Amazon has a 30-day FREE return policy which I love, it means I can change my mind. Also, and maybe most importantly, their prices are really really good, they're almost all the time the cheapest around. I'm also a Prime member so I get my stuff same day or even within 1hr if they have it in stock near me.”

“I have been buying from Amazon for a few years and can honestly say i have never had reason to say anything bad about them . If you have a problem the Customer service team are in my opinion the best there is they ring you straight back and are so helpful and nothing is to much trouble . The delivery drivers are on time and very polite . So Amazon gets 10 out of 10 from me.”
