“I have recently purchased several items from Amazon and anytime I need anything I will go there first. The quality of customer service is unlike any I've ever experienced before. Every aspect of this company has exceeded my expectation's in every way from the price,shipping and quality of the product to the amazing customer service. I recently had an issue with a product that more than likely happened during shipping but I called customer service and spoke with a wonderful Lady (Caroline from Georgia) she took care of my problem hassel free, she was so pleasant and really cared about my satisfaction. I have not encountered customer service on this level in many years and I tell as many people I can on a daily basis about my experience. I was having a horrible day the day I called and I knew it was going to be an absolute nightmare because that has always been my experience in dealing with other companies but it was a joy and Caroline brightened my day. So thank you Amazon and thank you Caroline.”
