“I could not purchase the item I needed because I am not an 'amazon prime member'. Really!? So I went to ebay and bought it for same price no delivery charge - how d'ya like them apples?”

“The Amazon site has saved me hours doing my Christmas shopping and not only that saved me £s by not having to pay out for car parking. There has been little that I have been able to buy using the Amazon site and all delivered to my door. Thank you Amazon x”

“User friendly interface. Great prices. Prime ensures next working day delivery. Spirits are available online. Prime music has a decent selection. Prime video has a few good shows (American Gods, Mr. Robot, Fear The Living Walking Dead) Convenient digital vouchers online for PSN?”

“I've been shopping on Amazon for years, before that i usedto shop on Ebay which is a competitor, well the customer service from Amazon differentiates the company from any competitor they have, if you have a faulty product Amazon will do everything in there power to correct the problem, my product got delivered to a wrong address and the courier had no clue where it was, well Amazon with their brilliant Customer Service sent me the same product free of charge within only 2 days of the product being delivered to the wrong address.”
