“Amazon have competitive prices, the items are always well wrapped and delivered in a safe and timely manner. Amazon also do a gift wrap which is always helpful”

“A long time customer of Amazon and my feedback is as follows: • Website – Very User friendly, simple, offers wide range of products and very informative • Customer service by Amazon- Excellent • Customer focused and great attention to details- Excellent • Communications with customer- Very Prompt and honest and great follow up • Delivery of services- Excellent and very high customer satisfaction • Overall, I grade this feedback as 5 stars • What can be improved?- Continue delivering excellent services to customers. Also kindly consider how you can improve SLAs with business partners such as delivery of items, as sometimes ( very rare) the item has been missed or wrongly indicated as delivered. Well done”

“I have been doing a lot of shopping on Amazon in the past 2 weeks and I am so happy with their service. It definitely is worth being a Prime member.
