“They have a very informative website with good product descriptions and customer reviews which helps me make a choice. They are super fast and offer free returns on most products. I use Prime and have access to an extensive media library. I can also usually find what products I'm looking for when I can't find it in the high street. If I have a complaint, which is rare, customer services are easy to get through to. Products are almost always delivered on the date stated and I can see the delivery process if I want to. There prices are very competitive with the high street, often a lot cheaper. They offer lots of different brand names too”

“Amazon Prime is a very quick service. They have a great customer service team and often help me with my returns. I forgot to buy something for my fathers birthday just the evening before and boom the next day delivery saved me!”

“The site is easy to use and has pretty much everything I am looking for. I get the order done quickly, it arrives next day, mostly and I can track the arrival. 9.5/10, so keep at it, perfection isn't far away!”

“The goods were delivered on time and up to a specified quality. The only downside is that Amazon tends to do 2 things that are rather inconvenient: 1) if there are 2 items, these are most likely to be delivered separately. 2) if you are not at home items will be left with your neibours, unless you specify otherwise. Last time I had to run around the street collecting my items, which was rather embarassing.”

“What can I say I spend my life avoiding the big corps who are taking over the world eg Apple i phone. but I can't fault amazon. They are quick, there's no subterfuge, you get exactly what you ordered and at a competitive price. Normally when a company gets this big the wheels fall off, but not amazon, they just get slicker. So unless you really must avoid the big corps then it's a no brainer, you have to use them.”
