“I purchase a great deal of goods through Amazon as l feel happy that my order is dealt with very efficiently. I also know from experience that if an order does not arrive and you contact Amazon you can chat to them tell them your problem and it is dealt with immediatley. You are secure when ordering as you know you have their guarantee of a refund if the third party you are ordering from doesn't deliver. This makes me happy and confident to shop with Amazon.”

“Having been a customer for 14 years I've always found Amazon has an efficient, easy to use service with good customer service. However, recently this wasn't the case after problems with a return/refund, but after emailing my problem they very promptly solved and went above and beyond to ensure an apology and solution had been made.”
