“So easy to find what you want. You can track your delivery and specify a place or neighbour if your not in. Any issues there is always someone at the end of the phone to help.”

“Amazon orders arrive quickly. Items are always packed well with secure and durable packing. Book orders are always packed in sturdy neat cardboard packages so that books are always in perfect condition on arrival. Amazon is a trustworthy and reliable firm.”

“No matter what I am looking for Amazon always has it. Such a wide range of products and so much choice! Even the most bizarre gifts can be found on Amazon. I use Amazon all year round and at times my family are surprised by the weird and wonderful gifts I discover. No matter when I have ordered, the item has arrived on time and has been packaged securely. I have never been disappointed by any item I have ordered from Amazon. It's my first port of call when I am looking for any item because I know I won't be disappointed.”

“Excellent customer service when called upon. My only slight negatives (that doesn't effect my score) is overly wasteful packaging and that when filtering for prime it comes up with items that are longer than 1 day delivery.”
