“I ordered a watch, it was lost on its way to me, the seller doesn't want to refund me or something else. Do not trust him Lately it is a scam And i am not the only one who happened the same thing (It is called "ukamazing" and it is selling on eBay)”

“I ordered a mobile phone and received information that due to damage in transit the goods would not be delivered and Amazon would arrange a credit to my Account.In the usual Amazon way the refund was made immediately.I have made numerouse purchases form Amazon and I will always use them as long as they can supply my requirements.Stop people slagging Amazon they do a great job. Regards Anthony Hackney”

“My children live in Canada so I do a lot of my Christmas shopping through Amazon for convenience. Amazon has a first-rate customer service and they have consistently been very good in resolving any issues of damaged, lost or stolen goods. They also have an excellent shipping policy.”

“They called me the next day to confirm my order had been received and the toilet dispatched. It arrived less than two days after I placed the order, delivered by a courteous and helpful courier who helped me unwrap the items to make sure that they were in good condition. They were beautifully packed and arrived in pristine condition. Thank you for an excellent service.”

“Two pairs of garden gloves were bought on 9 November. The pair from Amazon came straight away, the ones from Kaladia UK ( on Amazon website) have still not arrived and no refund is possible as I bought them on a combined order! Apparently Amazon has warehouses overseas but as Kaladia UK is a UK business this should not be an excuse!”
