“The fan which I purchased was faulty. The owner requested pictures showing fault. On upon receiving pictures, he acknowledged the fault and offered replacement without asking to send the faulty product back to him. At each stage the communication was fast and they kept customer satisfaction above anything else.”

“Had an issue which was quickly resolved by the supplier but I have to tip my hat to Amazon for making such an easy platform to buy and find support on. Asking questions on a particular item that people have bought helps me understand if what I require of the item will work or not before I purchase it. If anyone is asking if Amazon Prime is worth it, I ask you this - If you buy either weekly or bi-weekly from Amazon and would rather get your items next day then I say get it because it's definitely worth the asking price of Prime membership, not to mention you get access to Amazon Prime Video.”

“Amazon has always given me my orders on time. They scheduled an order to arrive in 1 week they had all the items I requested except one. Amazon then decided to deliver the items early and apologised for not having the missing item. I was very happy with this outcome as I got to use a new ECIG Glassomizer.”
