“Bought a Mac Pro and 4 yea square trader extended warranty. The laptop malfunctioned after 8 months. Called Amazon a few times and they did not help or do anything. And its impossible to reach square trade. Took the laptop to Apple and they replaced it with New since it was still under manufacturers warranty. I bought Apple care from Apple and would never buy an expensive product or warranty from Amazon.”

“This company is rubbish. I recently bought a camera memory card and, apart from the fact that I was charged nearly £5 for p. and p., it arrived as a parcel that was too large for my Post Office approved letter box. Luckily I was in. All that was needed was a standard sized envelope with a First Class stamp. What a waste of packaging, not to mention my money. Amazon you are stupid.”

“Recently had to return an item, rocked up to the sorting office with my email confirmation on my phone, scanned my cracked phone screen :) .... Item refund in my inbox within 10 minutes! Ordered a dongle to sync fitbit to lap top on Saturday afternoon, 24 hrs later..tracked courier on my phone..ding dong..he's at my door. Love Amazon and use it at least 4 times a month..”

“AS A PRIME MEMBER I'VE BECOME A SHOPAHOLIC! I LIVE IN A RURAL AREA AND CAN FIND MANY THINGS THAT I CAN NOT FIND LOCALLY. I ALSO ORDER FROM PRIME PANTRY, IT'S NICE TO FILL THE PANTRY WITH OUT LEAVING THE HOUSE. THIS IS ESPECIALLY HANDY WHEN THE FLU BUG IS RUNNING AROUND, NO COUGHING, HACKING PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH! :)”
