“Amazon is a company who stands by their promise and their commitment to from product, pricing and excellent customer service support.i am a frequent shopper and have had occasional issues that were Solved stress free.speedy and accurate deliver time.Cons:for foreign sent merchandise the delivery times are daunting and unreliable.often poor communication or no response. returning can be difficult with foreign merchants.often never resolved. A feature I believe is making origin and choice of to purchase U.S only products and businesses . Just for merely informational knowledge with no bias of preference toward and product or business entity just information. Thanks for reading. “Amazon has a bewildering items for sale (it is the most comprehensive website to browse, I think). However, our purchase from overseas are hampered by 1) the exorbitant shipping cost to Australia which in some cases approaches 50 to 55% of the cost of the item 2) no shipping availability on books to Sydney which has become a barrier for book lovers 3) cost of books available, printed in the States are very high indeed.”
