“I love Amazon so much! They are so helpful on the phone. I'm on prime, so I love that I can get my stuff the next day. I've been using Amazon for years and I tell all my friends to use it. I like the fact that I can send my friends things to them as a gift too. I just love you Amazon.”

“I've bought loads on here recently for my pregnancy and babies and they are great, the driver must be getting to know my name by person lol. Find the returns really easy but it's very rare I've actually needed to return anything, very happy customer”

“Normally goods arrive on time usually excessively packaged. On three occasions goods have not arrived but delivered by people, who live many streets away and found my correctly addressed goods under the hedge in their garden. Unacceptable.”

“Regular Amazon customer in France, I have ordered tens of goods. Recently had a bad experience with a seller called Certeo who after making a pricing mistake offered very poor commercial gesture. They then tried to frighten me as I was trying to find a better workaround. Lucily, Amazon customer care assisted me.”
