“My parcel got delivered to another address i had a email from amazon saying that they had delivered it . well i did not get or sign for it so someone who took it in kept it i am very angry about this but i can not proof it . I got in touch with amazon and explained what had happened and they sent me another parcel very quickly within two days i can not thank amazon so much for there help they are really good i always buy from amazon now.”

“Amazon is good in general although sometimes I face difficulties to know some basic information like items brand. I would like to see more organised website for Amazon. Another point is when you want to sort items by price for example, you will see random prices and get what you wanted sorted items. I understand this could be a way that the company tries to sale more but it is annoying. Ebay much better in that case.”

“Amazon for me are one the best companies on the internet. I probably purchase more items from Amazon than I do from any other company, seriously. I could spend all day writing list upon list on what I love about Amazon. They pretty much sell everything. For me, they're a very trustworthy company and I'd definitely prefer to buy from Amazon than to trust sellers on Ebay.”
