“I ordered a dough bowl. After a week went by and no tracking email , I emailed the company to ask if my bowl had been shipped. The response was very rude and basically said it would ship from the vendor not from them and she let me know the website says it can take 15 days for my item to ship and that I’d be receiving a tracking number within another week. I then replied yes I did miss that and was hoping it didn’t take another whole week just to ship out something in the USA, and I asked who would send the tracking email, them or the vendor. I never heard back again and never got a tracking email and FINALLY the bowl arrived. When I opened the box I had no idea what it was because I never heard back and never got tracking. I hate that! I order a lot online and I always get tracking info. Very UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY. Won’t order again!!!!!”
“I ordered 2 lamps & when they arrived, one had a crease in the shade. When I notified them, their first response was to give me credit to go find a shade myself. Finding an exact match was going to be hard, so I asked if I could just get the shade replaced. I was told they had contacted the manufacturer& a replacement would be shipped in 2-3 weeks. It has been 5 weeks and I still nothing.”

“I finally found a porch swing I loved (Diamond back white wash swing) and it was on their website, but sold out. I contacted them to see if they would get it back in stock and they told their buyer I had inquired about it. They were able to get it back in stock and they even gave me a courtesy email when they were back in stock. I was able to order the swing! When my swing arrived, the chains broke out of the box they were in and left grey/black marks on the swing. I contacted them explaining I was so happy that my swing arrived, but there were marks due to shipping and they refunded me some of the cost. I’m a satisfied customer and will be ordering more items. There’s very few companies that go above and beyond the way they did for me. Greatly appreciative for their customer service!”

“I have made 3 purchases from them and each one has been a problem. The first was two metal tray towers. They were a complete disaster. The trays weren't leveled before soldering so they were all wonky in different ways. Six trays all crooked. The finials on top leaned over significantly to one side on both making them unsightly. Also not all the feet stood on the surface on which they were placed. This is not quality. They did refund my money though. The second purchase was a wooden shutter. Upon opening the box there was a exceedingly strong chemical/petroleum odor. It was so bad I could not even leave it in the house. They were told of this but offered no solution. I have had it airing out for a couple of months now. The smell has greatly reduced but is not completely gone. I don't know that it will ever be useable. The third is a vase that I have been waiting an inordinate amount of time to receive. I hope there won't be a problem with that.
I strongly believe they need to step up their quality control.”

“I ordered a tray with 3 glass jars. I received the package in good time and each individual item was wrapped in plenty of bubble wrap and put in a box that also was stuffed with bubble wrap. That box was put in a bigger box that was taped securely. When I received the package, it was in perfect condition on the outside. When I opened both boxes and took out all the bubble wrap, unfortunately one of the jars was broken. I couldn't believe it since it was wrapped and packaged so well. I contacted Jennifer at Antique Farmhouse right away and within hours she replied and credited my account for the broken jar since I can buy another jar locally. I didn't have to wrap it all back up and send it back which is always a hassle and at this time I am limiting my trips out of the house anyway with this virus.
