“I ordered a light for my entryway and when I received it, I noticed the finish was a bit different from what I could see in the photo on the site. I sent an email with a photo of the finish and asked if it was supposed to look that way, explaining that the one photo posted on the website didn’t show that much detail. Jennifer emailed me back and confirmed that the finish was correct and acknowledged that they are working on the website platform to include more photos. I didn’t request a refund, but she refunded $25 off the original purchase price. I appreciate the great customer service because many other businesses would have simply told me the finish on the item was correct and left it at that. Jennifer made sure the customer was also happy. After ordering I realized that I would not be at home on day of delivery so I contacted them to delay shipping. I was contacted in less than 36 hours to acknowledge request and by next day, and Lisa was able to make sure I got the table when I needed it. I am so glad I found this site and would definitely order from them again. BTW table I ordered was exactly as pictured and as described.”

“Great customer service! I order a small table from Antique Warehouse which never arrived on the estimated date. I reached out to this company and talked with Lisa. She was so responsive and helpful and resolved the delivery problem. She learned my product had been sent back to her warehouse. She planned on resending it once it arrived. She decided to check for damage before resending it and learned it was damaged. She contracted me and said she had to order another table. Long story short, it arrived ahead of schedule and in excellent shape. I would definitely buy from this company again!”

They have a statement that their products will ship within two weeks of order placement, but of the things I’ve ordered, products have not shopped until the 14th day-literally!! Given their shipping fees, I find this ridiculous!!! My last order still has not arrived and I made the purchase a month ago!! We do live in the 21st century; for what possible reason should it take a month for someone to revive a product shipped within the US??
