I ordered a flywheel bike which arrived slightly damaged. Aosom quickly rectified the issue. Initial delivery was quick within 48hrs . Amazing customer service, very polite and happy to assist. Very pleased with the overall experience.

AOSOM POOR QUALITY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Consumers BEWARE when dealing with this company. I placed an order for 6 chairs. The first problem was that one chair was damaged from behind. Spoke with Kyle. Kyle provided great customer service and the chair replacement was here less than a week. Problem is, the chair delivered was slightly different as the back was Velcro on the back bottom vs. the ones I had were stitched all the way down along the sides. The chair sent was also dirty on the bottom. So I called and spoke with Vera. She asked me to send her pictures so that she could see the differences in the chairs. She NEVER contacted me back. I had to email request to her requesting the status of the order. Evelyn replies back that I ORDERED THE WRONG CHAIR and therefore, a replacement will not be sent. It was evident that she did not look at the photos to see that the chairs did not match my orders. So I called today. The connection was terrible and wait-time was long. I finally spoke with Kim. The connection was so bad, I asked her to call me back. She said she will call me right back. She did not. Now I am REALLY angry about the customer service. Called back and finally spoke with Richard. I’m irritated, while trying to explain what has happened. He tells me that he is “almost certain” that I will still get the “wrong” chair, because this is a new “batch” manufactured, so the best he could do is credit me the cost of the one chair. So I tried to explain to him that I am trying to get a set of six matching chairs for my dining room table and I have to accept one that does not match the others!?!” I told him, that if I had been informed that the chair being sent would not match, then I would have kept the boxes of the others, but I have already assembled the five chairs, because I was under the impression that the matching 6th chair was on its way. I asked Richard, well can you send me 5 more of the other chairs from the new batch so at least my chairs will match, and I can return to you the first five I received, so that at least my chairs will match. He said no, and continued to hum a song in my ear as he credits me for sending me the wrong chair! These chairs are of poor quality, and the customer service is terrible to say the least. I will NEVER do business with this company again. AOSOM POOR QUALITY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Warning: Most of the positive reviews here are not the real buyers! Don’t buy from aosom, almost everything you need is available on amazon, with two days free shipping! My friend ordered a puppy playpen. It doesn't work so she wanted to return it. Was told she would have to arrange courier and pay herself which was going to cost as much as the item. Poor quality products and bad customer service. Extremely annoyed. We would never buy from aosom again.

My item arrived damaged and what did arrive is extremely poor quality especially considering how much the product cost, I contacted customer service who 'were unable to see photos attached'! I certainly wouldn't recommend this company or use again.

Purchased a small green house with… Purchased a small green house with hinged lid in March. Not the best quality but for the price it was ok. But after just over 6 months one of the hinges have broken !!! A very very unhelpful customer service tells me sorry we can not do anything as it was purchased over 6 months ago so there is nothing they can do !! Surely an product which is meant to be used outside should last longer then seven months I did not expect this to be an annual purchase!!. What a terrible policy, clearly they don’t care about customers once they got your money

If only I could give no stars. Customer service is non-existent. Desk instruction are not clear. Pieces numbered incorrectly. General poor service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE OR COMPANY. Good luck if you do.

Please do not buy anything from this sham of a company, they have no customer service whatsoever they lie to you , my personal experience as a first and last customer is they took my order and my money and after 10 e mails I finally got an answer telling me my goods were lost in transit and I would receive a refund for which I am still waiting, they use covid as an excuse for terrible service but they have staff to monitor reviews and take down negative ones I know this for a fact as they have deleted several of my reviews that I have posted as they were negative, I find it alarming they have staff to monitor reviews but no staff to answer e mails or telephone calls DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL REGRET IT

Dreadful experience, would never purchase from them again and would never recommend, furniture was damaged On arrival, after endless emails I eventually had it returned, this was in May I am now in the process of raising a dispute with the help of pay pal as I still have not received my refund of almost £700, appalling Customer service and company,

Ordered two garden furnitures by mistake on the 4th of June. Tried phoning them on the fifth of June with no answer. Emailed to cancel the two orders and on the same day orders went through extremely fast and had no email reply on the request for cancellation. Delivery service Palletways contacted me on the 8th of June for a delivery slot. I told them that I had cancelled my orders and the goods to be returned back to MH STAR UK LTD. On the 9th of June they had received the goods and signed for by Mr Grieveson and Mr Harrison. MH STAR UK LTD NOTTINGHAMSHIRE WAY WEST MOOR PARK DONCASTER SOUTH YORKSHIRE DN3 3FG GB On the 17th of June I had the following reply: "Good Afternoon, Thank you for your message. We are sorry to hear you would like to cancel your order. Please let us know once both orders have been refused and we will be able to issue your full refund. Apologies for any inconvenience caused, Kind regards, Henna " So does this mean I now have to wait another two weeks for another reply to get my money back? Absolutely shocking. You should've checked the order numbers, and then you would've realised the goods have already been returned. I have responded to your email, Henna, to inform you that I'm doing a claim through PayPal. Because, it seems you are taking more notice of reviews on Trustpilot then looking at your own emails.

Quick Delivery had a issue with the sun bed I purchased but I had excellent customer service my email was answered very quickly and the issue Resolved within a few days would have given 5 stars had there been no issues

I wish I could give 0 stars, even 1 star seems to generous. A faulty product was delivered, I emailed them about 3 times before I got a response asking if I would keep the product for 15% refund. I emailed back saying I wasn't interested as the product was faulty and it was of no use to me. I've emailed back 6 times so far, no reply at all. when you can the call centre they say they are not taking calls due to covid 19

I'm still waiting for a refund for my faulty garden set that was delivered on 12th May. Complaint now filed with Trading Standards as you are in breach of consumer rights

ROBBED OF MONEY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought an Outdoor Heater on the 23rd May. It was dispatched quickly but the courier Yodel lost the parcel, after they wrongly scanned it as delivered. I tried to call Aosom to inform them and either get a replacement or a refund. However their call centre is not taking calls due to Covid-19. Filled out their online form 'wheres my order' on the 30th May. No reply. Emailed them on the 6th June. No reply. Messaged them again on the 8th June. Still absolutely nothing. Aosom's customer service is non existing. I feel they do not care about their customers and that I have basically been robbed of no small amount of money. DO NOT BUY from Aosom ever.

Having ordered an ottoman bench from Amazon it came perfectly with no issues. Having ordered from the aosom website directly the quality dropped, the color of the black pu leather had some discoloration and also one of the ottoman had one of the hinges broken which I fixed. Order from Amazon but don't bother directly from their website because they are not giving the same care and sending less quality product

Not worth the money. I bought the Outsunny 5-Seater Outdoor Garden PP Rattan Effect Furniture Set w/ Cushion Grey. Cheap plastic, extremely difficult to assemble with terrible instructions, parts break when fitting together, no back cushions so very uncomfortable . Would not recommend this product

My order has not been shipped even after 5 working days...the online status shows order ready for pickup since 5 days... Customer care is not replying even after 48hrs to my mails... Donot know when I am gling to get orders or they overbooked the product and now not able to dispatch... Regards Deepak

Been trying to contact the company regarding my order was damaged. 1000204030 No contact number.Apparently they aren’t getting my images of the damaged good via the website so sent via email. Shockingly poor quality product, waste of money Purchased an Outsunny Square Umbrella Parasol in July 2019. By March 2020 (I.e. 8 months later) it had snapped at the bottom through rust making it totally useless. Raised this issue with after sales support and the straight answer was can’t help as the 6-month product warranty has lapsed. So, in essence we had only 3 months of use of the parasol in the summer of 2019. On its website Aosom boasts “ We ensure we rely on the continuous core values we have instilled since day one - excellent products, innovative designs and superb customer service - all at a price which is affordable and within reach for all.“ Clearly, Aosom either has an overrated view of itself or, a very underrated understanding of ‘excellent products’, ‘superb customer service’ and ‘affordable’. Over £130 for a parasol which was only useful for 3 months is not affordable. It’s a waste of money.

Purchased an item confirmed invoice item was in stock at time of ordering Next day I receive an email to advise item is out of stock and also doubled in price I checked the website which showed in stock seems they didn’t want to sell me the item for the price advertised not my mistake there’s totally misleading can’t contact anyone only via email which takes ages to respond absolute JOKE I’ll take my custom elsewhere
