In the store they told me that Apple Care will be transferred but i just found out they have been charging me for both and the old phone subscription was not in my list of subscriptions. So disappointing and dishonest.”

I thought that I would get a new mobile from a large company so that it would not be defective, and with the first week I discovered that the speaker was not working.
At first I thought it was from the network, but it was the phone. I called customer service and one of the workers himself said that he could not hear what I was saying as if I was talking under water and I was sent to an apple store and the surprise was that they did not see any defect and they would not fix the phone because that is normal in modern mobiles I did not understand this and I called again and I had one of the two options: either accept the mobile as it is or accept that they send me the mobile manufacture refurbish

“Apple told me to ship a faulty Apple TV and my AirPods Pro that screeched painfully in my ears.
Apple lost both and made me drive to FEDEX and hassle them about my tv and buds. Since the box and shipping info were supplied by apple FedEx could not help.
Later I found out, Apple destroyed my Apple TV without asking, or notifying me!! When I asked about why they would destroy my Apple TV without my authority or even bothering to try to notify me they had no response basically just said F you.
They eventually sent back my AirPods Pro with no repair or replacement and said I could buy a new pair for full price”

“DHL driver delivered my replacement phone to the wrong address, the driver then signed for it himself. Apple will not send a replacement as it is not 'Policy', the facts in this case are clear and incontrovertible, me as the 'Loyal' Apple customer am now being treated worse than the driver that made the error. DHL state that I need to resolve this with Apple, Apple are saying they can do nothing until DHL engage with them, very poor service from both organisations”

“Purchased a 27” iMac 5K 2019 model, after a few months use in a normal clean house, a small insect managed to get stuck in the space between the glass and the lcd panel. Apple’s response? Warranty doesn’t cover ‘debris’ under the screen! Surely a £1800 machine should be built well enough that a common household insect cannot get inside the allegedly sealed screen unit?!?! They make great products but clearly couldn’t care less about their customers. Steve Jobs would be turning in his grave.”
“1. Pre-purchase unable to get through to Apple despite numerous attempt. 2. Wacom Intuos arrived very promptly on the 5th August at approx 10.30. 3. Since when it is now the 7th at 14.00 both Apple support and Wacom support despite very lengthy telephone calls and multiple downloads, deletions etc the tablet still does not work with either of my iMac's. 4. Just spoken to Apple to reject the Wacom and get it returned and refunded appaling customer attitude. 5. What a great shame I couldn't purchase this from John Lewis they understand customer service. Furthermore Wacom and Apple have been aware of these operating / connecting issues since the Intuos launch in 2017 ! I have worked in retal for over 50 years this is an unacceptable example of product and retailer failure.”
“After several decades I’ve decided to migrate from MS/HP based computers and decided to buy an initial Apple Desktop to validate my decision by running benchmarks on it created by our design leader.
I selected Amazon, as my online source, and placed an order for a new computer and, as is normal, had a pending payment advice note in my applicable bank account. I would typically expect payment to be taken upon delivery or shipment from warehouse. As this was, I thought, a very standard run-of-mill, mid-range, unit I’d expected delivery in a week or so. There was no indication that the PC in question was a ‘not yet released item’ or indeed out of stock, despite this and the fact no delivery date had been given I was charged the full order amount after a few days. On consulting an Amazon customer support agent, I was informed the delivery date could be months away and if I wanted, they would refund my payment in full. Amazon have not understood I wanted a new Apple PC not a refund – their commercial model is a confusing one.
However, on consulting with Apple this week I was advise Amazon are not reseller for Apple and no advice or help was offered. I think Apple and Amazon are telling me they do no want to sell me a Computer, nor do they want me to migrate from MS Windows to Apple environment – what a frustrating business model.”
