Never received my item. The delivery company they use is terrible! Both days I waited at home when I was told delivery was on that day and it didn't arrive. It then arrived on a different day and needed a signature so they returned to the depot. On re-delivery they didn't bother to try again, they sent it back to the return sender. extremely disappointed.

The delivery was a disaster, I had to bring the microwave up to my apartment by myself. Because they left it down at the front of my house. I am an old woman and recently had a big operation. So that my opinion of your service.

Delivery made a day after without any notice. The first thing the delivery person said was asking if we disconnect our old washing machine and when we told we haven't, he was complaining. They also did not install washing machine correctly. For first washing we end up water leaking, and did not level the machine, caused so loud noise. I will never buy anything from appliances central again.

I ordered an appliance on the 11th August, was told last Thursday it would arrive on Friday. Still not here!! I ordered something from Amazon at the same time and it arrived on the 13th. I will never use Appliances on line again and will make my experiences public on social media. I would have given you zero if I could.

I can’t do a review because I haven’t received the item & have also not received any correspondence on if the goods has even been dispatched!! Ordered 8/8 now 19/8 & heard nothing

Delivery was so bad, they were supposed to deliver Friday, but they delivered Saturday, they damaged our weekend, the delivery personels were very imploite.

Very disappointed I ordered a coffee machine over 3 weeks ago I have made 2 phone calls First consultant said it would be sent in 4 days and I would receive an email would it was despatched ….that was 8 days ago . Second consultant said it was despatched…I haven’t received an email and no coffee machine

Great prices but good luck getting any after-sales help if you need it. They ignored multiple emails then when they eventually replied they were the opposite of what you'd expect from a customer support team. I will not be buying from them again. JB HiFi has similar prices and their customer service is a lot better.

Delivery took way too long for a charge of $45, despite the website saying free delivery. I live 30km north of Canberra and it took over two weeks to arrive. No communication from Appliance central, no follow up. Will not buy from them again.

Your appliance I brought works as supposed to. I live in a area where we have couriers come and go daily the fact that I was charged when the only reason I brought the item online was for free delivery a charge of $59. for courier fee was an absolute rip off by your company. I would have brought the item at a local store if I had not seen free delivery, I have already made a complaint to which I have received no reply to hence as advised when I rang your company, the gentleman on the phone was rude to me and basically told me I did not read the advertisement dismissing my claim. This item would have been put in a $12. satchel maximum of $20. I know our courier driver also quite well and she was disgusted at the blatant rip off as she called it of delivery. I won't order from you again.

I bought a TV last July 21 and until now I haven't received my item. Its now August 1 and your partner courier Aramex doesnt even bother contacting me.

Not great. First they sold me two speakers which I paid for. Then two days later sent me an email saying one was out of stock and they won’t be replacing the stock. They offered me a more expensive speaker and when I asked if that ‘paired’ to the other speaker that I’d bought they said I’d have to find out for myself.

My fridge was due to arrive am 29/7 received a call advising they didn’t load my fridge on the truck & can they deliver 30/7, was fine with that. The driver arrived nice & early to deliver my fridge, removed all the packaging for me, brought the fridge inside & only by chance I noticed a dent in the middle of French doors. The driver was very nice & apologetic & was happy to take the fridge back. I had read all the bad reviews but thought would give them a chance, my mistake. Guess I just wait to see how long before they process my refund.
