“This is my first time purchase products from your platform. But the experience was very bad. The delivery speed very fast. That is good, but the delivery man just leave the tv in front of the door, pressed bell and left. The worse thing is, the tv got faulty, I contacted the platform very first time and request a replacement and emailed the faulty video to them. But they said they need to forward the video to Hisense for further assessment. It is a brand new Tv, the video I record apparently can approve the screen of the tv got faulty. However, the customer support still asked me to wait until I contacted the Hisense. Hisense told me I can ask for replace or refund from appliance central directly, don’t need to wait for them because it is a brand new tv, also the customer law allow me to return it as well. So I contact your customer service again and then they booked a pick up of the return.”

“Really bad service. I used to order before and they would ship the appliance immediately. It took more than a month for me to receive my order. After constantly following up, and told that no stock was available. When the stock did arrived at their warehouse, they completely forgot to dispatch it. Had to call again to check my order before they realised their mistake. Really really disappointed. Wouldn’t buy here anymore.”

“Your delivery was so bad from Friday in with I lost a hole day waiting Called delivery driver would not answer phone Calledthe delivery company to be told that the delivery would be between 830 am and 230 pm Nothing until Wednesday rang again to be told by the delivery company that the same thing once more between 830 /230 pm. Turned up at 230 pm. So how do you think I feel. P.dicker”

“After sales service atrocious. TV arrived damaged and returned immediately. After many emails, phone calls and promises, 3 weeks later I finally received a refund within an hour of advising I would call Fair Trading.”

“Was supposed to be delivered within a couple of days of the online purchase, but three weeks later told none in the country, and maybe delivered in another month. I think they knew this when they took my money, so still awaiting my appliance.”

“parcel not delivered because no one home but we did not know it was coming. Do not have information on card to arrange re-delivery or pick up from depot. Courier has not replied to phone call. Parcel Connect website very poor and difficult to use.”

“I cannot relay my absolute wish for you to never ever use Appliance Central. They delivered a product that was a variation of the product I ordered, but not the product I ordered. They are the only company advertising what I wanted, and it was $100 more than the variation they delivered. If I wanted the variation, i would have bought it elsewhere. When I asked for them to collect and deliver the correct product, they refused and said that I had to drop off the appliance and that there would be a 20% restocking fee. They are sharks. Please, buy elsewhere.”
