I had an incorrect item sent and had to call them 3 times to get an invoice sent also to get the money back offer sent out

Just had my fridge freezer delivered by Alan and Brian, they were friendly and efficient. Unfortunately there was a wine rack missing but the gentleman I spoke to in customer service was very polite and dealt with the problem within 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend the company.

Great delivery service, was kept informed from ordering to receiving item by either text message or phone call,could even track online, so didn't have to wait in all day, delivery lads Vinny and Pete helpful, good service all round,thanks.

We had cooker and washing machine delivered and installed just now by Martin and his mate from AO. They were prompt and very polite and got the job done quickly. I would have to say though AO need to check manufacturer's clearance for cookers before requesting customers to redesign their kitchens. I was a bit stressed that I had to take my microwave off the wall only to find out the manufacturer clearance and AO required clearance are very different so my microwave could have stayed on the wall, Thanks AO. Otherwise I was happy with the delivery and installation. If I can now get the same long life out of my new appliances that I got from my old ones ie 10+ years I will be happy.

The customer service was excellent. They were always happy to deal with enquiries that I had and resolved my problem. However, when it came to connecting my appliance the fitter were not equipped well to do the job.

Order process and delivery of my new washer-dryer were great, but I didn't like the fact that a hyper-friendly representative of AO called me on the day of delivery which turned into a sly attempt to up-sell me some pointless and expensive warranty. I was in a rush, door bell rang, but he kept reading out terms and conditions and didn't listen to me. I ended up hanging up on him.

A Cock-up in delivery timescale, during busy pre-Xmas time, meant the product was of no use for us to travel with it as a gift. AO handled this well via phone calls and then repaid money int account promptly.

I ordered a fridge and freezer from AO as it was slightly cheaper than the competitors. The order was easy enough to place and I paid extra for unpacking and next day delivery. The delivery drivers were polite knew what they were doing and where in and out quite quickly. Since then I have learned from friends/family who have ordered various goods that they didn't pay the fee for unpacking they just asked the delivery drivers ,which they quite happily did. This is down right annoying as if all you need to do is ask why then do you charge a fee at the point of ordering? This is disgusting as its a way of making money, which if you think about it explains why your goods are cheaper than John Lewis etc. In summary if you are considering ordering from AO don't pay for unpacking. Incidently when I raised via customer services I was told that drivers will unpack as goodwill gesture! AO what a joke never again.

REF HEY72 and HEY7. Cannot fault the lads who delivered the faulty washer yesterday and the drivers who delivered the replacement today. Updated as promised on the delivery time. Inconvenient having to sacrifice another morning to wait in for the replacement washing machine to arrive.

I have lots of appliances from AO with no problems at all. The website is easy to use and the people friendly. I ordered a tall Indesit freezer and got it on the allocated day with notification by text of my 4 hour time slot then a call from the driver with their eta. I paid for the packaging to be taken away as I didn't want the hassle of going to the tip. my new freezer is replacing my chest freezer which is going to my son which frees up some space in the pantry for another appliance. My plan was (note I say 'was') to plug in my new one so I could transfer the contents from one to the other which I explained to the delivery guy. Well! Because of the way it has been placed- albeit temporarily- the plug us now backed up against the wall. My son has got to come all the way over tomorrow to pull it back out of the pantry, plug it in and then push it back in again until I can use it. I would have given 5 stars if it hadn't been for this.

I'm sure all of your new appliances look fantastic in their new home :) However, I'm sorry to read that the connection of your appliance wasn't carried out to your satisfaction. A cooling appliance is required to be placed in position for between 4-6 hours so that the gases can settle before plugging it in. The Driver Team should have left the plug in an accessible position for you so that it could be powered. Rest assured this shall be fed back to our Logistics Team for them to investigate internally. Due to the experience you've had with us, I've arranged for the connection charge of £9.99 to be refunded back to the card you used to pay with. This is just about the delivery as we won't be installing our new cooker for a few weeks. We were text to give us a time and gave us a phone number for driver John. As we had a tight schedule we decided to ring to see what time approximately the delivery would be only to be told it had moved back an hour. My hubby had to leave me at home to wait for it as he had work to attend to. John and Steve landed not much later, a great pair of chaps more than happy to put cooker where I requested. Really nice genuine guys.

Very happy with service bought Samsung tv £649 I sore it cheaper phoned them up told them it was £579 some were else refund £70 back no problem???? Praise the lord
