Washing machine due to be delivered today 04/12/18 and was informed when ordering it would be between 7am - 7pm, received a text on day of delivery stating delivery will be between 3pm - 7pm, then got a call from driver at 6pm informing me it would now be between 7pm - 8pm. she said they are running late due to be late loading this morning, therefore i’m sure i could have been informed earlier than 6pm as they must have known they were going to be late with deliveries.

Terrible Terrible terrible customer service. I wanted mąkę order i was put on a hold for 20 minutes! !!!!

Had no issues with the delivery and Installation service from this company, however if your product has a fault they won’t hesitate to leave you high and dry. The price might be good and delivery quick but think very carefully before placing an order, if something goes wrong this company simply don’t care or won’t try to be helpful once they have your money. Their tactic is if there is a problem with your product they pass you straight to the manufacturer to sort it out. They won’t take any responsibility for the products they sell. Treatment of you as their customer is disgusting. Ordered a Samsung washer dryer from them which never dried the clothes. Just got passed on to the manufacturer who sends a engineer to try and fix it. They tried to fix the machine about 5 times and tried to claim there was nothing wrong with it in the end. After 2 months of being without a washing machine Samsung agreed to replace. This was only after calling AO and Samsung 2 or 3 times a day for 2 weeks. Had a replacement machine which worked fine for a few months but yet again has broken down. Yet again passed off by AO to Samsung who took a week and a half to send someone to fix it. Once fixed machine broke down after one wash. Got to wait another week or two before it can be fixed again. After phoning AO several times a day all they are willing to do is phone Samsung for you, which they tried and couldn’t get through. Got put on hold for ages, got cut off, had a speak to a different person each time. They never phone back when they promise too. Customer service is a absolute joke. Had to leave my poor pregnant wife to try and sort this out while I’m out work, extremely stressful experience no one should have to go through. We have a disabled child who is sick a lot, we are desperate for a washing machine that works. Please take responsibility and stoping pushing it into the manufacturer. We brought the washing machine from you not Samsung. You sold a product that is not fit for purpose, it’s your responsibility to put it right not Samsung. Monstrous company to deal with, will never buy anything from them or Samsung ever again. Avoid this company at all costs

Absolutely awful! Been waiting for our cooker to arrive all week. Received txt and email saying it will be with you by 14:00 only to be told the delivery was canceled due to the driver couldn’t get up the hill.... the same Hill I drive up everyday in a much bigger lorry.. this company obviously employs incompetent drivers, we’ve been told it will be with us Wednesday.......we shall see. Very much doubt it.

I received my new cooker and hob today. The service was brilliant. Could not fault the delivery and installation guys. New what they were doing and were extremely professional.

Was told driver would be 30 mins so waited outside. 40 mins later called driver to be told "could not find the house, will need to arrange a new date" Rude, arrogant, never again.

Vinny and Karl were my delivery drivers today (Hey 64). Communication was great. Phone call received half hour before they arrived so i knew exactly where they were. Sadly for me my TV was damaged when i opened it. Call to customer services, lovely lady on the phone arranged immediate replacement. Can't ask any more than that. So stuck with 32" for a couple of more days.

ordered and paid for a cooker 3 weeks ago. Lots of excuses given by ao but I still don't have the cooker that I paid for. have had to eat out for 3 weeks They keep offering a refund with no compensation and no genuine apology either. disgusting service all round. eventually because they still cant give a definite date they can supply have had to order from elsewhere who are delivering the exact cooker in 3 days. will NEVER buy anything from ao again and I suggest no one else does.

Excellent website for picking, comparing, reading reviews and ordering. Delivery service was woefully lazy after arriving right on time. Access to flat is restricted, but loats of sapce to drop off the appliance and park. Drive spent 20mins parked, 20 yards from entance talking to myself and manager at AO to complain about not being able to get parked. I was told they would not deliver, which was quite dissapointing. so cancelled my order. They did not seem to bothered either.

I wanted to buy the Acer XB271HU (IPS version) from AO but know that Acer have dodgy quality control on this model. I tried to seek assurances from AO that if my model had excessive backlight bleed or any dead pixels they would refund it. It's a £500 monitor so my expectations are of a premium product with no faults. The consumer rights act states that if the product is not of satisfactory quality, I have the right to return it within 14 days. AO deny this repeatedly in Email correspondence, claiming that by turning it on I have "used" it (how else can I inspect it?) and instead would only act as an intermediary between me and Acer, who are notoriously difficult to deal with and have egregious RMA policies regarding dead pixels or excessive backlight bleed/IPS glow (common faults with this model). My only other option would be to pay a "restocking fee" which is up to half the price of the Item. The Consumer Rights Act of 2015 was put in place to avoid these kinds of situations which force the buyer to gamble on the quality of the product. To disallow me from even turning the monitor on to inspect it in their return policy goes against the entire basis of the recent changes to distance selling laws. I've concluded that my only option is to wait for the monitor to come back into stock on Amazon, who will accept a return no questions asked if the product doesn't meet my standards. Buying from AO is taking an unnecessary gamble.
