“Great product but could use better packaging due to its heavy weight. It (and UPS) pretty much destroyed it’s packaging while en route. There is very minor damage, but it doesn’t effect its performance in the least.”

“The product is good and built well however it was packaged terribly, cauldron arrived with scratches in the bowl and chips around the rim which has already started to rust. The stand had chipping in it as well. I took pictures, if you’d like to talk further please feel free to reach out. Thank you”

“Product packing was poor, the box arrived in rough shape. The hardware was missing, likely fell out of the open ends of the box. Instructions were not clear or thoughtful for step-by-step. Customer service said they couldn't t expedite the missing parts but rather asked if I could buy my own hardware and send in the receipt. Overall not a great experience for me.”
