I was very pleased with my two benches. They came quickly- packaging was secure- and items were not damaged. Simple to put together, but the instructions were minimal. The wood color was as pictured and quality was very nice. I am very happy with the product. Solid- nice weight- looks just like I was hoping!! I would order again!

Great product and delivered promptly. Would have rated 5 stars except packaging was very damaged on delivery. Luckily table we ordered was fine.

the sides bowed out and the grates cannot be moved. Once the grill cools, it goes back to a position where the grates can be moved, but during a cook, almost impossible. Can someone tell me how to fix it

The customer service was Fantastic, unfortunately, I can’t say the same for FedEx who delivered our product. First order got lost, second order , product was in our front yard. The grill didn’t come with any assembly instructions. There is a solid ring/ washer that is assuming goes between the grill and the stand if the grill is to be spun to accommodate wind direction. Also didn’t include the bolt for the top of the grill the limits the opening of the top. When the grill is closed the top doesn’t set level. The right side is up by 1/2-3/4” like the top is sprung. Also , with the bottom grate being stationary, what is the best way to clean out the ashes?

Purchased cart and could not believe how heavy and sturdy it was. Made very well, easy to put together. Only thing was I was short 2 screws to complete but went to hardware store for something that would work. I paid under $75 and very happy with product.

I would give zero stars if that was a choice. The grill I ordered is significantly different than what was in the description and specifications. I am currently trying to return the grill for a refund but customer service has not been helpful.

I bought a scratch and dent blackstone hard grill cover. The cover had minor dents, which I pounded out with a hammer. Looks good, and saved money.
