“Absolutely awful customer service. I ordered 3 teak items - 2 tables and a bench - totaling $1,281 on 7/7/23 including $64.48 for "route insurance". The tables started tracking immediately, and were delivered quickly but the bench wasn't scanned by FedEx until 7/16 and it finally arrived at the local station 7/20 where it sat for several days showing "delivery exception". I called Titan repeatedly asking for help and they did nothing but blame FedEx. Turns out the local FedEx station said Titan shipped me a customer return and didn't bother to remove the return label so FedEx was scanning 2 labels and sent it back to Titan due to the confusion. I spent hours on the phone with Titan and FedEx trying to figure out why the delay. When I called Titan to ask for a refund they're so cheap they didn't want to refund their worthless "route insurance". AVOID THIS COMPANY!! Their customer service is awful.”

“Design of this grapple has a flaw. Each time you open the grapple it hits the arm of the tractor damaging the hoses and hydraulic cylinder. A design change would remedy the problem After calling and emailing Titan customer service multiple times they deny the issue.”

“Stupid me - I ordered two teak folding tables and a discounted but still pricey $420 teak bench from Titan's "scratch and dent" section. I got a ship notification on all 3 items on 7/7/23. The tables came really fast - nice quality. When it didn't start tracking after a week I contacted Titan and was told wait 10 business days. Finally it started tracking but at each step FedEx showed "delivery exception" which usually means something is wrong with the package. I contacted Titan yesterday, no response. Called today 7/20, no-one is available for an escalation.”

“I’ve had it only for 2 weeks but so far so good. Delivery was on time. Unpacking and setting up table was very straightforward. It’s heavy and well made. I like it better than my other teal table that I bought from another company. This one is so perfect for my pool area. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments already. The price was more reasonable than the others I’ve researched. It fits 6 chairs just fine. I love it! If you’re thinking about buying this table, don’t hesitate, just buy it!”

“I had received a damaged table. I sent photos of the table to show the imperfections. I had already deconstructed the box and put it in my recycle bin so I didn't know how I was going to return the damage table. I was sent a new table and was able to use the box and packaging material to return the damaged table. FedEx picked it up to ship it back. Problem Solved! I like the treatment I received.”

“Hi Arrived in reasonable time,little more than couple days. Good product,but it arrived slightly damaged so I had to take rubber hammer and hit few times to straighten the bent base of the post. So now I all taken care of. I took a pictures of bent base of post, Everything works properly but I didn’t use yet. Thanks”

“Our Santa Maria Grill is the real deal! Got this for my husband as his starter Argentian style grill. Only issue I had was the turning wheel was drenched in grease/oil which looked like it dried up a bit in the packaging or perhaps it was exposed & grease dried up. Still having difficulty removing it so it will look brand new as it should be. Haven't grilled on it yet, so may have an update sometime in the future! Thank you!”

“Customer satisfaction for Titan GO is topnotch! A little hiccup at the shipment but it was resolved quickly and with pride. The 32 inch Hemisphere fire pit has every detail of an excellent product that will last a long time.
