“Great grill with lots of minor issues. First off, the grill is built like a tank. You get solid construction for a reasonable price (bought it on sale). It does everything it should but mine has some serious annoyances: 1. Lots of bubbling paint and paint chipping with rust on back rail area. 2. When grill gets hot the grill grate get stuck going down to low position sometimes. It's from the paint, it gets kind of sticky and clumped where the grate slides. 3. The crank wheel has a piece of metal stuck in there so it rattles when you crank it. 4. The shelves do sit level. The tabs do no sit tight where they slide in so they lean to the right and left. 5. Manual called for some plates to go in between one set of casters for leveling. I believe these were not needed. It sits level without. Customer service was clueless about it and I think the manual is out of date. Caused some confusion. Overall it is a nice grill. The sticky part is starting to go away after a few cooks. Customer service is responsive and they settled with a fair percentage off to compensate for the issues. I would give 5 stars if QC on these were better and they used a better paint. Probably the best bang for your buck if you are in the market for a Santa Maria grill, well when it is on sale.”

“We ordered a wagon wheel style grate for our firepit. It arrived quickly and thankfully in one piece. We love it, it's everything that was described and more. This isn't the heaviest one shown which the freight companies had trouble getting to people in one piece because it seemed they were damaging it because of the weight. Ours is still quite heavy but delverable and well made.”

“Love the table! Easy to assembly, very sturdy. There’s was a minor chip on a corner, but chalked it up to character and probably too much of a pain to return. Kinda heavy - which is reflected in its sturdiness!”

“Embarrassing. They basically sent me the shell of a grill, which is completely unusable with the parts I received. I understand this is a scratch and dent, but it arrived with NO hardware at all. No nuts, bolts, screws, or washers to assemble. They didn't even include the hinges for the top. No rod for the rotisserie or forks at all. They did include a motor, but it was burnt and broken. The shaft was sheared off, and the outside was all charred. The vent covers fell off, there was no thermometer, and the inside supports were both bent too. I spent over an hour on hold with customer service before anyone answered, talked for five minutes and then spent another half hour on hold with no resolution. I was told because it was a scratch and dent, there is no warranty and no returns. All for a grill that is unusable. It looks like they had a bunch of junk parts from other returns that they threw in a box and charged me a lot of money for.”
