Titan needs to make improvements to the packaging of their fire grates. I ordered the 36” hexagon fire grate that was shipped via Fed Ex. The package did arrive at the Fed Ex distribution center in Massachusetts, however, Fed Ex called and tried to get me to drive to their distribution center to pick it up. The cardboard shipping box was destroyed, probably due to the fact that this grate weighed 145 lbs and was only placed in the cardboard box and was not secured. Fed Ex claims that it should have been strapped to a pallet and I agree with this thinking. After some convincing Fed Ex reluctantly agreed to have it delivered and they claim that had to add a second person to the route to lift the package off of their truck. Luckily the grate arrived in good condition however it was delayed because it sat at the distribution center for a few days until Fed Ex got around to delivering it.

Once I received my grill I contacted customer service and they told me that it could take a month before they could replace the part that was missing from my grill I think this is very poor customer service for a brand new grill and considering all the product I bought for the grill to be used.

This is the 2nd piece of teak furniture I purchased from titan. The 1st was in excellent condition and I had no issue with assembly. That was the glider. This piece (Seville chair) comes from a company called ash and ember. Quality is shoddy and a piece broke off right out of the box. Titan customer service was excellent and sent me a replacement but the new one also had assembly issues. I give titan a 5 star for customer service but you might want to reconsider using ash and ember

The Adjustable Campfire Asado came with missing, small but sadly crucial, parts. When I reached out to customer service I was told that they would send a replacement Asado Grill but it would be at least 3 weeks before it could be sent. That is a long time but I was excited for the grill. I was then told in a subsequent email (and only after I was asked) that I would need to disassemble, pack, and return the current grill without any return label or other instructions given. They apparently can not replace small parts which essentially means the warranty has zero value because any request takes several weeks, and immense effort to resolve. After several emails, I decided to reach out to a fabricator to replicate the parts for me. The warranty has already proven to be sub-par and the parts will be done in 5 days. 14 days quicker than Titan customer service said it was possible to provide me with a replacement and with a replacement and much much less time and effort on my part. I still am excited about the grill but I hope nothing else ever goes wrong with the grill because I know I'm on my own to fix it. I hated writing this I am very excited to try out this Asado grill.

Great product but could use better packaging due to its heavy weight. It (and UPS) pretty much destroyed it’s packaging while en route. There is very minor damage, but it doesn’t effect its performance in the least.
