“Firepit was falsely advertised. Thickness of steel was actually 20% less than specified. Needed to use for a a planned event, so could not return. Will not recommend.”

“Thanks for checking with me. Received the product timely then waited about 2 weeks to set it up, as we were preparing its resting space. When we set it up, the grill cover did not fit flush on the pit. We were so excited about getting the pit that we thought we could live with this. Then there was a big storm with heavy rain for 12 hours. The entire pit was totally rusted.I’ll try to send a picture. I would like to exchange this fire pit for another one. “The firepit grate is great. Fit was exactly as expected, and since I only had an inch to spare inside my fire ring, that's important. The box it shipped in would not have survived another day in transit, but it did make it to my door. If this was scratch and dent I didn't see a blemish. Saved $. I di know from a relatives experience that warpage can be expected, but that is very normal. I won't mind replacing it every few years at such a reasonable cost.”
