“For the price of a cheap two-gas burners grill, you get a Made in USA 240 lbs cast iron grill with a very nice design to get Maintenance free. Great for two to three guests. Be sure to use lump charcoal if you want quick grilling. It takes time to heat up 100 lbs of cast iron. The best is the annular cast iron plate to grill veggies. This model is a blast...It was worth the time waiting for the delivery by a nice gentleman driver who helped me to get the heavy crate in my front yard. 100% positive experience. Free shipping. What else could you ask for? Just one remark: get your own tools to tighten and bolt the screws .”

“I like the grill, but the packaging was the worst and the grill has scratches as a result. When you ship something of that value and weight, the package needs to be able to withstand and support the weight of the grill during shipping, which it currently fails miserably at doing. You can barely put the box on a hand truck to move it. I should have bought a scratched and dent sale version since that's what arrived.”

“The grill was delivered out of the box. Box was completely destroyed in transit and set left to the side of grill. Have not tried to install it yet. I have photos of the way it was left at the door. This product needs much better packaging. It was all scratched and the handle was slightly bent. I'll let you know if there is any more damage when it gets installed. I'm also getting to many emails which is somewhat irritating.”

“Took too long for delivery. Packaging was horrible!!! Busted up cardboard package and a broken tang. Dropped on my lawn near the road. Should have at least been packaged in a wooden box!!!!!”

“Wanted to purchase a backup 25w motor for my Titan rotisserie, but after trying several times over the last year to order it and told it was on back order, finally got someone to be honest and say they do not sell it without buying whole set. So, had to spend $250 to accomplish this.”
