“I ordered a ceramic teak table from Titan outdoors. I received a biceps/triceps machine from Titan Fitness. Pretty big error. The customer service responsiveness has been slow. Can’t recommend Titan based on the experience so far.”

“The order arrived on time. It was very well packaged. No damage. We have not had an opportunity to try out the firepit grate since it has rained every day since it arrived. The grate appears heavy duty and the welds seem to be well done. It looks like it should do the job.”
