“The 18” cast iron grate is actually little bigger than a 18” and doesn’t fit on my grill, let’s make sure change the size in your website. Other than that is a good cast iron grate. Thanks,Eduardo”

“There was a bit of confusion.... My order did not arrive.... I contacted customer service after about three weeks - who informed me that my package had not gone out for delivery - and my order had been voided. Would I like to place another order for the same item? O.K. - Second time around everything went smoothly and the order arrived in a week o\r so. The customer service representative was very helpful, and friendly. But what happened on the original order?”

“I ordered the 59" teak glider and received a huge grill instead. The grill weighed 200lbs and was dropped into my driveway. I could not move the grill and had to park my car on the street for a few days until it was picked up. Your customer service had it picked up a few days later. Even before the glider was resent the item had a price reduction. I contacted customer service for the adjustment and had to fight to get it. I cannot say I had a great experience purchasing from your company.”

“This is a great fire pit. The steel is thick and it holds a lot of wood. We like the drain hole in the bottom so when it rains no water stays inside. If you are looking at big box store fire pits DON’T. This costs a little more but is much much higher quality. I would recommend this to friends.”

“My 24-inch diameter wagon wheel fire pit grate is well suited for the out-of-doors. It serves as the base for a Solo Stove Bonfire pit situated on a wood deck. The grate provides clearance beneath the pit and the redwood surface regardless of the amount of heat generated from the Bonfire piy. Your technical and sales staff assisted me through the planning and purchase of the grate. Packaging and shipping was effected in three days time. Titan Great Outdoors served us well. Thank You!”

“The assembly was VERY easy. The grate rolls up and down effortlessly unlike some that stick or doesn't roll down at all. The height is great, moves the grate high enough to stay out of the flame when necessary, again unlike some others. needless to say, originally I bought one of them "others". Probably not allowed to say the name but cost a little more than the Titan without near the quality.”

“I ordered the adjustable grill (Santa Maria style) accessory for my Weber 22". Unfortunately, the grill grate doesn't drop to the lowest position. It gets stuck about halfway down. I wrote to Titan to ask if they had any suggestions on how to fix it and haven't heard back as of yet.”
