“The product seems like a good quality so far. Problem we are having is finding accessories/parts. We are putting our grill in the sand and need to go the length of the ground rod in the ground and we are trying to find another ground rod without any luck or help from customer service. I hope we can get this resolved or we may have to return our other. Perhaps adding that option to the store would be good.”

“A buddy of mine had bought some steel targets from Titan. So I asked him to send me the link. I found this outdoor cooking set up and have been wanting something very very similar to this for about 10 years. I initially was going to wait to buy it as I am recovering from recent ankle surgeries and knew I would not be able to set it up and use it for a while. But then I decided to buy because I did not want to miss getting it. Im glad I did because 2 days later I got a low stock email for this item. It seems very heavy duty but honestly its still in the box in my shed.”

“Decent for the price. Still doesn’t compare to the commercial grade Lesco spreaders but also a lot less $. I’d probably pony up the delta to get the Lesco one next time. No conversion chart for applications and a pretty tedious, but doable, setup out of the box.”

“Order took longer than anticipated to ship, causing plans to be changed. Noticed a smallish dent on the end of the product during assembly, however it was cosmetic and should not affect the performance of the grill. Company performance would be considered acceptable but certainly not outstanding.”

“The ordering process was easy and delivery of the product was timely. However, the shipping box was torn apart by FedEx and held together by tape. If the product was something other than cast iron it would have been destroyed instead of dings and scratches.”

“Good price. Fast delivery and nice product. I would recommend foam or rubber on inside of top nest ring to avoid damage to ceramic body. It helps to stabilize the grill too. I did this with some rubber. Otherwise, pleased with all and recommend to others.”
