“Titan screwed up my order. They took 3 days to respond to me. When I pointed out their mistake they went dark. It’s now been 5 days and no further response other than the computer generated “return policy”. For the price of return shipping, they have lost a customer and hopefully this review will alert deter other honest hard working people from purchasing from a company with such HORRIBLE customer service”

“If I could give negative (less than 0) Stars I would. The experience was awful. Shipped in poor packaging, missing pieces, poor instructions on how to put together, terrible customer service in trying to resolve this... Never shopping with this company again. Lived to regret the experience greatly.”

“Ordered a fire pit ring. The package/box arrived a bit torn, but thankfully the fire ring is solid steel and didn't get damaged. On a manufacturing note: I'm thinking it'd be a small improvement to position the anchor points at a distance that is just wider than the average landscape paver brick (like shown in the photos)—so they sit between stones. It seems a lot of people want to use this fire ring for the top of a paver brick fire pit, but the current location of the anchor points conflicts with the stones (requiring you to bend one of them so the stone doesn't jut out). Moving an anchor point likely won't affect it's function as a campfire fire ring anchor either. Still highly recommend this fire pit ring. Seems to be the best one on the market.”

“Fire ring arrived in great condition with 4 sections and hardware. It is easy to assemble, only 10 minutes. Don’t know how long it will last but time will tell. Vendor is Great!”

“I anticipated that packaging and shipping might be a problem for such a large and heavy item, and I was right. A damaged box arrived at my residence after having suffered at least one or two mishaps along the way. The good thing was that the packing was sufficient to protect the contents. Everything arrived in satisfactory condition, and I was able to move the pit and its accessories from my front porch to my back yard, by myself, with the help of a large, convertible platform cart. Assembly was no problem, and now it sits, covered, awaiting fair weather and wood to burn.”

I accidentally ordered the wrong product and quickly contacted Customer Service, who was able to resolve the issue the same day. The item is just the right size, exactly as advertised, and is made of quality material. I would definitely use Titan Great Outdoors again and would recommend y'all to my friends.”
