“First off, working with and purchasing from Titan is awesome! Decent pricing, decent product, and amazingly quick delivery. What more can you ask for when you purchased from another company first, they left you hanging before your party, and Titan comes to your rescue? As for the product itself... The finish on the stainless steel is very nice. Although it may seem a bit flimsy since it lacks an internal steel frame, it gets the job done. The biggest problem that I had, was removing the protective film. That was tedious, but it ensured that the rotisserie looked as good as possible - which it did. I was able to easily roast 40 lb lamb with a little issue. My father-in-law who is an expert on this, wished that the spit was another 6 in longer, but we were still able to make two without chopping additional parts off the animal. He also would have liked to have seen an offset heat source as opposed to directly under, so he ended up lining the charcoal on one side of the tray. If you are roasting in inclement weather, you could pretty much forget being able to use the grill at the same time. You need to keep the animal close to the heat source, and doing so would allow it to smack into the grates. We also found that adding a wire to one side to create a bit of a angle on charcoal box give us the ability to adjust the amount of heat applied to the animal as well. All in all for round $450, it's really a decent deal. My relatives who do metal work stated that they couldn't even buy materials for that cost, so although it's not 100% perfect- it certainly nice to know that it could be easily modified to make it an amazing product.”

“I ordered a fire pit ring bought it on sale For $39.95 they were suppose to ship it but today I get a e mail stating that Fed Ex has two many label on the box and it's coming back to the Tennessee Store. Well someone there put the fed Ex label on the box why would they put more than one label on it ? I do shipping for a living. This is a Stupid Mistake now I have to wait an extra week to get this. A perfect example of what happens when someone there just didn't do a good job. So be careful with this company you could wait weeks to get your order?”

“The product itself was a good value and quality. Unfortunately, the product arrived damaged (Fedex damaged it I assume). After lengthy email conversations, I was offered 10% off as compensation. I pointed out that I could have bought a "scratch and dent" model from the website at a 40% discount which yielded no additional action. I declined. This was my first and last purchase.”

“Wonderful addition to our home. We love our porch queen swing, but even the UPS driver mentioned the the packaging. When our contractor opened the item we have 4 damaged bottom wooden slats. Pics are available.”

“I’ve not been disappointed! Things I have ordered have been well made and in perfect condition. The only thing that was annoying was the plastic wrap on each of the fire pit components. It was very difficult to remove. FedEx on the other hand was not perfect in that their delivery dates are always delayed for some reason. Also there was some minimal damage to the foot of the fire pit where the box had a small hole in it. However we decided it was something we could live with.”
