“I ordered and received 4 arm chairs. They are solid and sturdy. They are fairly basic to assemble. However a little more information, and a few extra pegs would be helpful. They don't go in flush to the chair and will need to be cut/sanded down. I sent a chat question without an answer to date.”

“Had to go through two rounds of return and replace them before I FINALLY got the items I ordered. The quality of the product is fine, but the issues in getting it to me and the subsequent work I had to do to get it fixed was a killer for the experience. Likely will not buy from Ash & Ember again”

“My experience with Ash & Ember was fantastic! My items were back ordered, but they kept me notified of my order status and when they did ship my items, shipping was fast and everything was packaged so well and arrived safely with no damage. I’ve already placed another order with them!”
