“I bought several teak furniture items from Ash & Ember recently. Generally it went pretty well. The website did not list the weight capacity for the chairs and bench, and I called to seek that information. The tech I was transferred to advised the manual did not specify that, and he would get back to me. Eventually he did via email , though it took several days. In the meantime I ordered the products anyway. On another occasion I called about something else and the tech was very good about assisting. I like the items, now assembled and in use and would order from them again.”

“the first time we used the open fire grill the paint melted from the grease tray, that is badly located as you cannot remove it so the grease just pools. The paint also melted from the ash trays. The wheel was rusted when we took it out of the box.”

“The quality of this Santa Maria grill is outstanding. Albeit I was fortunate enough to have purchased this grill on sale, full price would be a bargain. I didn’t find a comparable product for any price! American made is Rockin’!”
