“32 inch fire pit was delivered on time , packed real well, and as advertised. Main cast iron bowel looks real solid. Wire spark screen and poker are somewhat lighter than expected. From previous experience spark screen will not last more than one season. Would consider purchasing Titan products again.”

“Their website is easy to navigate. They usually have a good sale going on whenever you visit their site. The shipping is really fast considering how heavy a lot of their products are, so kudos for that. I have only had one problem with any of their shipments and they quickly made it right, I appreciate that. So, a great place to shop with a wide selection of outdoor products.”

“My Santa Maria grill was delivered on 1-19 and was missing both of the backing plates. It is now 1-30 and I still have not heard back from anyone confirming that the parts have been shipped. All I need is the 2 backing plates shipped to me so I can finish putting together this grill that I paid $1250 for.”

“Glider arrived with a huge structural crack in the seat piece. Contacted Titan. Getting help is a nightmare. After a week of trying to get a replacement or a way to return, have gotten nowhere. Exceptionally bad customer support.”
