“Most important is customer service. The heat hood for my table fire pit is of much better quality than I was expecting for the price. Packaged well and easy to set up. The night I got it where I am in Florida it went down to the low 30's and boy did this work great.”

“Great price, quality AR500 steel & quick delivery, no only down side is they had quite a bit of surface rust on the plates. I wish that they were available with some sort of coating to prevent this rust. A previous order I received had similar surface rust on the plates too.”

“First one I received was damaged in side the box. They did replace it but it seemed to take a little to long to get the replacement. It was the xmas holidays so I understand. Customer service was good”

“Titan is a great company to purchase from: It Stands By Its Customers. I made a couple of purchases from Titan Great Outdoors. One package was delivered; no problems. My other order was held up or lost by the delivery carrier FED-- (I won't mention any names). The delivery delay was not Titan's fault; purely the courier's fault. Titan went above and beyond to make sure that I receive quality and undamaged products. Titan Great Outdoors made sure I was satisfied as a customer. I really appreciate and trust Titan Great Outdoors. Most importantly, both of the products I purchased (10" kamado and Park Grill with Cover) EXCEEDED my expectation. Great Seller. Great Service.
