“Nicely constructed and exactly what I was looking for. Suggestion - I would make the spacing between the grates be say "half" of what they are so as to keep larger embers from falling thru. Thus keeping the fire more concentrated. This may result in more material being used, but I for one would have liked this option.”

“Love the look of the grate. Creates more airflow for a hot fire. This product is well designed to stack wood for a more effective fire. Extremely impressed with this grate.”

“Product arrived in badly damaged packaging and the product was verified to be damaged. It is not known but unlikely that it was caused by Titan, and Titan is in the process of swapping out the damaged grill with a new one. More stars to be allocated upon receipt of new product if in undamaged condition. Happy with the customer service post-delivery, but it is an unfortunate receipt.”

“We have only used it one time but looks and works great. We have it on a wooden deck and no heat gets to the wood. Feel very safe using it on the deck”

“Overall the price and quality of the item seem like they are great. I was very disappointed in the shipping. When the item arrived, it seemed to be packaged/shipped in a very poor manner. It seemed like the box got destroyed but was then reinforced after the fact. Ideally I would add the picture to this review. Hoping it’s not damaged when we go to install soon.”

“Original target stand arrived missing parts due to shipping damage. Sent Titan Outdoors mail letting them know what happened. They sent a complete new target stand out quickly. This was excellent customer service and will prompt me to purchase from them again without hesitation. Thank you for a quality product and outstanding customer service.”
