“I have purchased several items from Titan outdoors at several different times, and each and every time I have been extremely satisfied with the product and the service. I have purchased one of the smokers, which is the absolute best smoker I have ever seen, and I have a park grill which my daughter and son-in-law dearly love me, and I purchased numerous other items, and I am flawless.”

“Excellent Shipping to me, very fast. Dueling Tree 6 X 6” are perfect AR500 paddles for use with 1-1/2 angle iron (1/4” thick) and 1” Sch 80 steel pipe cut 3-1/2 long. A bit of light grinding of outside edges smooths out without excess slop. Very consistent and higher quality than other paddles I have purchased elsewhere. Highly recommended at this price of one Benjamin shipped.”

“Really bad support when a product need to be returned. Company do not provide suitable and affordable options to return the products in contrast to other vendor which provide kind and friendly ways to return the products. I received this product later than expected and given that TITAN is not responsible for the return delivery (it is assumed by the consumer under its full responsibility) and the delivery costs to return (higher than the real cost of the product) I decides to donate the product. I strongly recommend to all consumers that DO NOT make any purchase through this vendor or read carefully the conditions because if you want to return the product you will not have chances to so.”

“I love Titan products. I have purchased 3 of their huge grills / rotisseries in the past year... only disappointing thing is, their only finance option is via cell phone.. which I do not own or use. That being said, I will continue to use their products and just buy when I can.”
