“Outstanding product incredibly well made , easy to assemble and packaged with plenty of padding. No damage. Purchased an electric smoker cover from another vendor that fits the cart like a glove. Cut a piece of plexiglass for the top rack to use as a cutting board that is easily removed. The castors on the cart are top knotch each with its own wheel lock. GREAT product.”

“My husband absolutely LOVED the kettle grill attachment I ordered him for Christmas. He was super stoked and has been cooking on it regularly. (Luckily we're in Florida) The package was delivered quickly. The thing I ordered is well made with good materials. I like it when I know something I bought will be able to be used for years. (Not the throw away junk everyone else seems to sell these days.) Will absolutely recommend Titan to friends and use them again myself.”

“Titan products and service are good but the FedEx delivery leaves a lot to be desired. Both boxes were badly damaged in delivery and the contents (chairs) were broken in both boxes. Now I’m dealing trying to get them sent back via FedEx, which is proving to be quite problematic due to the size. Titan will not refund me until the broken chairs have been returned (which is understandable) but it is a difficult process.”

“I was a little nervous of the product’s condition due to the very discounted price and was worried how I’d get the product returned if I needed to since it’s so heavy, but after unwrapping the swing from the packaging, it was PERFECT! The Product came perfectly packaged, with no damage, and the pillows were in fantastic condition as well. Would recommend!”

“Honestly a great grill. I needed a small ceramic grill for small cooks. It came with extra stuff I didn’t even know about like a ceramic heat deflector and cover. The best value I’ve gotten all year from anything I’ve purchased.”

“I ordered the 32” hemisphere fire pit with screen and poker and it arrived quickly and just love it, I did dress it up with some high temperature ceramic paint inside and out, now it works and looks great!”
