“Thru no fault of Titan Grill, FedEx delivery lost the mounting post and shelf associated with my purchased grill (Item No. 899227). All I received was the grill body itself in a badly ripped-up cardboard carton. Titan customer rep Esther Bayani (you rock, Esther!) was immediately sympathetic to my situation and after consulting with her supervisor - offered me a full replacement shipment. The second grill was delivered within a week and arrived fully intact. It was easy to assemble following their online instructions. This is built exactly as those grills you see at public park picnic areas. We look forward to years of 12 month constant use. Great company. Great product. Highly satisfied.”
